With the current demand in the security industry at an all time high, AlarmWATCH is growing and seeking highly motivated, qualified people to join our team! All qualified employees are provided with extensive training and introduced to a pleasant atmosphere to work and grow professionally.

We are currently hiring customer service/alarm dispatchers to join our central station.

We will train the right individual to handle incoming phone calls and process incoming emergency alarms. Each dispatcher will be expected to provide exceptional customer service to our customers while dispatching alarms, interacting with our dealers and answering their questions. Our central station is comprised of team players who are building their careers in the alarm industry.

All qualified candidates must:

  • Be 18 years of age or older
  • Pass a drug test
  • Pass a local, state and federal criminal background check
  • Possess excellent customer service and typing experience
  • Possess basic windows knowledge or equivalent computer use experience
  • Work weekends and holidays
