Data Entry

We Enter Your Subscriber Account Data for You

Accurate information is critical to your subscriber's alarm coverage. AlarmWATCH has an experienced Data Entry team to process the data entry and maintenance of your account information into AlarmWATCH's databases.

By following these procedures you will ensure your subscriber account information is accurate, up to date, and ready for any emergency.

We have provided a set of web forms for you to submit your Data Entry Requests.

Select the appropriate form, enter you data, double check all information and submit the form.

You will receive an email confirmation from the Data Entry department that your update was received, and if you have provided us with an email address, you will also receive an email when the data entry request is completed. We recommend you review the information our Data Entry department entered and save a copy for your records.

As an alternative method of sending your information to our Data Entry Department you may fax us at 410-785-1742.

When faxing:

  • Please type or print neatly
  • Be sure to put your Dealer ID on the fax
  • Be sure to use a cover sheet

Our procedures have been developed to ensure that the correct information is applied to the correct account number--please help us by double checking that you have put the following information on every fax you send.

  • Alarm company name and dealer ID
  • Account number
  • Panel type
  • Customer name
  • Address with city, state and zip code
  • Conditions that are to be monitored with proper codes and zones.
  • Call list with passcodes (up to 25 characters)
  • Any special instructions i.e. Disabled persons, medications, pet on premises, direction, etc.
  • Permit numbers for any licensed counties.

If you have any questions, please email or call 866-500-8808 ext. 2014.
